The Magical Lights...

Well I'll start on the cat I guess. It looks rather sloppy... The pose is cool but the lines could have been on a different layer, and maybe the color not on top? The smudging is pretty wild. On the stripes of its arms... One of them is halfway smudged and the others aren't smudged at all. The background is nice, though maybe next time you could add some more depth by adding a darker color and blending it a bit. Some more things you could do would be shading, adding texture, and take a bit more time. It looks kind of rushed and that you lost sight of what you planned of adding. But it is the best I've seen from you. c:
